College of Natural Sciences

Departments

The College of Natural Sciences includes the departments of Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Computer Science, Earth Science, Industrial Technology, Mathematics and Physics, as well as the interdisciplinary Science Education Faculty. Bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degrees are offered. At the graduate level, a master's degree is offered in most discipline areas and in environmental science; a doctorate in technology, the only one of its kind, is offered by the Department of Industrial Technology. The general program areas of the departments are given below. For specific details on majors, minors and degrees, see the list of CNS programs.
